It doesn’t matter. They will tie it up in appeals for a real long time before the Supreme Court finally says “wtf is this ruling?” Even though there’s a good chance they’ll eventually lose, the point is the stall tactics.
How long does SCOTUS take to rule on a decision? Can they speed up ruling on a decision?
