Why are judges, even federal, able to micromanage the Presidency. Can’t imagine the Founding Fathers set it up this way.

The judiciary has always been a problem.
Even the “conservative” ones like John Roberts who ruled for Obamacare.
They are last line of defense for the Corporatist Uniparty elites.
the federal government should have impeachment hearings on some of these judges. even if impeaching the judge does not happen it would educate the public to what is going on with the judiciary.
These judges are just ignoring the basics of the law. After the judges stopped the travel from certain countries the left would not argue what the judges did was for and is the law.
This crap has to stop right now. Judges who don;t give a damn about the law.
