The General Strategic Goal for the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan al-Muslimun) operating in America and circulated in 1991, has a predecessor. A decade earlier a similar Strategic Goal — this time for the West in general and Europe in particular — was circulated at a meeting of Ikhwan leaders held in Logano, Italy. In both cases, the Muslim Brotherhood has exceeded expectations.
