What were the relative crime rates before the welfare state and government school system did a number on the black family unit? What is the effect of unemployment, poverty, poor education, Federal reserve policy on access to high quality food and water for poor people in general (which affects development and behavior)? We all bear responsibility for this. As conservatives and Christians we have a duty to help find solutions. Pointing fingers at entire racial groups (esp. our fellow Americans) has no place in the discussion.
