If Faux becomes another MSNBC or CNN that will be a huge opportunity for Hannity and some investors to start a new news channel with conservative views because the ratings will always be big.

I would argue that Hannity is on his way out too.
Hannity, Rush and the rest of the conservative media really need to buy out Fox News when it goes on the auction block. And it definitely will with the liberal boys from Down Under running it into the ground.
