I expect them to go to a liberal judge and get an injunction against it. It’s what they do.

"...our countrys long-standing commitment to the separation of church and state" Please find that in our constitution. God-fearing people should not have to set aside their entire values system simply (a) because you say so, or (b) because you don't have any values.

Just ignore the ACLU. Why should we obey their judge-shopped court rulings when Obama and his administration didn’t obey laws that Congress passed about NSA spying on hundreds of thousands of US citizens?

This is significant by Trump only because liberal churches have been involved directly in politics for decades, and conservative churches have largely toed the legal line.
This would make it a level playing field, but...conservative churches are more likely interested in God than in politics.
Politics isn’t their religion like it is to the left.

The actions taken today are a broadside to our countrys long-standing commitment to the separation of church and state. Whether by executive order or through backroom deals, its clear that the Trump administration and Congressional leadership are using religion as a wedge to further divide the country and permit discrimination. We intend to file suit today. Awww, the poor widdow ACLU is offended.
About time, we offend the other side, BIG TIME!

Why should any employer owe any employee reproductive health care?

So, it appears the ACLU believes that religious people (ie. Christians) don’t have a right to participate in the political process.

Such separation was never meant to silence religious organizations views on politics.

Oh wow, before we know it, all our politicians and churches will be acting like George Washington and the houses of worship of his day.
What a disaster for secular liberalism, which is as illiberal as can be.

"The executive order signed today also enables private employers to use religion as a pretext to deny reproductive health care to their employees."
Of course no employer has the ability to deny any employee reproductive health care or any kind of health care. In America anyone can go buy whatever type of health care they desire and can afford.

I expect them to go to a liberal judge and get an injunction against it. Its what they do.That's the way to get it to move up the pipeline to the SCOTUS.

Hmmm, no ACLU mention of the free speech rights of churches. Should be similar to the free speech rights of planned parenthood and their ilk, no?
