Overall Judicial Watch has done some impressive work.
The other issue is weather or not to give Hillary a break if found guilty. Trump would need to get the message out that crime doesn’t pay. Putting her in jail serves no purpose but if she/Bill copt an attitude I say jail her/them. House arrest together would be fair as well as cruel and unusual.

If it as bad as we think the enemedia needs to be hanged for their part in this cover up. It sucks how corrupt they’ve become where anything bad for a democrat president, they feel the need to cover up. At least Sharyl Attkisson tried but the power of the crony corporate media and the government came down on her trying to keep this from the American people.
The enemedia needs to be slapped down hard for their role in this as well.

Depends on which "stand down" you are talking about. This phrase was picked up by the enemedia, politicians and FReepers and strewn about like grass seed.
The first time I heard it used - and the first time it *would* have been used re Benghazi - was from Heridge and it was given to those at the "annex" when they requested permission to go to the aid of those at the "consulate." This would NOT have necessarily been a call only POTUS could make.

Well... according to Comey as hard as he tried he could not find INTENT. Of course you can’t find intent if you ignore context, preponderance of evidence and deny the ability to see how the dots connect.
When you examine the context and connect the dots the INTENT to deceive is screaming at you.
INTENT only applies to Clintons and the elite in the progressive liberal democrat socialist party, I don’t know what Comey means by intent but I do know what motive is and there is an abundance of that.
If I break the law even if I had no intent to do so or was ignorant of the law, I’m going to jail.
So why does this continue? It continues because there is no opposition political party and that has yet to change.

Just like the mortgage scandal, allot of people are above the law in this country; the law is for us not them. This is the surest way to either desolve a nation or instigate a revolution.

Finding out who made that original "stand down" over the phone to those at the "annex" is key to unraveling this whole mess. That person could very likely be equivalent to Alexander Butterfield.
