The whole Obamacare fiasco could have been dealt with with community pricing and no denial for current healt (pre-existing conditions)

Instead it was turned into th fiasco that it became.

Like it or not there are a lot of fools here who don’t understand anything about insurance or health care but pop off like the ignoramouses they are.

Insurance by its very construct is socialism... it is the socializing of the risk... all pay in, some will use more than others but as long the total amount paid in is greater than the overall use it works.

If you think you can allow folks to pick and choose who they will cover or charge varying prices based on perceived need the whole thing falls apart. Those who have heavy need are left without and fall into government coverage... so thinking that denying pre-existing condition or having things othe than community pricing is saving you tax dollars is idiotic.

You can’t solve issues with a socialist construct by thinking applying Laise faire capitalism to it...

I would advise you or your daughter to move to a state that has community pricing and does not allow pre existing conditions at the state level, because if these fools get their way it’s the only way she/you are going to avoid fiscal calamity

You’ve got to be kidding.

Those would be the Northeastern states that have the highest premiums and worst coverage in the US. New York, Mass, NJ, Maine etc etc

Community rating and guaranteed issue IS the fiasco.
