Just a thought—If the US stopped paying unwed women to have children, I bet the illegitimacy rate across all races would drop dramatically. The logical flip-side of that argument is that the abortion rate would increase dramatically.
I'm not disagreeing that we should stop paying unwed women to have more and more children. I'm simply pointing out what the logical result would be.
