I don't know the services specifically, but many have pontificated that Ezekiel Emanuell's whole life systems was being implemented and Seniors were effected and not in a good way. 700 billion is a lot services, to be "nudging" the system not to spend on real people.
Agree. They are taking services away from seniors already including effective drugs. On doc gave me cheapest injection for macular. New doc, with heart, gave me one that cost him 400% more, seems to work better and ate the difference.
It brings me to tears just to write about it.
