Ryan and company need to get to work writing bills that mirror Trump's EOs. These guys like to write laws, so that should get at it and support Trump's work.

Hear, hear! But of course, there can’t be a test case of that if Trump doesn’t enforce the Johnson Amendment.. . . so it would be proper to push repeal in Congress, while the tax code is being amended to cut income tax rates.
That's a common misconception -- just because the supreme court says something is constitutional doesn't actually make it constitutional -- you see, the Constitution commissions the supreme court [thus they have no legitimate authority to alter the Constitution], and being a commissioned entity the supreme court cannot have authority greater than that of the commissioner. (This is, of course, reiterating what Jesus said. [Jn 13:16 and Matt 10:24])
