'China must be prepared to TOPPLE Kim Jong-un or WE'LL do it', former US chief claims

CHINA must be prepared to destabilise North Korea and unseat Kim Jong-un – or face the consequences of American intervention, a former US foreign policy chief has claimed.

By VINCENT WOOD

Condoleezza Rice, who served as Secretary of State during George W. Bush’s administration, claimed China were too concerned about causing the “collapse” of dictator Kim Jong-un.

Ms Rice claimed Beijing must be prepared for “instability on their border” as the US will intervene if the People's Republic of China do not.

She added that “in order to deal with” the warmongering North’s strides towards a nuclear missile capable of striking the US “you have to change the Chinese calculus”.

Ms Rice said: “I think that's what the administration's trying to do.

If a said board member enjoys great confidence of CEO, his input matters a lot more than others.

Ok. Bush "the dunce" pushed aside all the advice of the rest of his senior cabinet members, and rolled with whatever Condi wanted.

And we know this because TigerLikesRooster said so.

Okey dokey.

Condi was one of Bush’s cabinet I admired. Smart as hell. I also admired Cheney and Rummy. Hated Baker, Rove and thought Bush himself was a squish out of his depth.

Over time, that became my assessment as well. I tell you, GWB was a real disappointment in more ways than one.

I accurately defined the relationship between the president and the sos. You got nothing. I didn’t “guess” what she did, I said you were guessing and that you din’t know. I only said she wouldn’t tell you about it.

I tire of this lesson. You’re on your own.

And there was Powell and Christy Todd Whitman in his cabinet too.
I believed in Bush after 911. But now I see the damage he did.

Yes a disappointment.

Should I take your word because you said this?

My view is based on the weight of SOS in formulating foreign policy, her close connection to Bush, her public speech, TV show appearance, hearing at Congress, and decisions and negotiations she undertook.

But you don't have any other argument than the stamp on the final decision is President's thus it is only him not others who is to blame. Since the whole argument is based on such skimpy foundation, why do I have to subscribe to what you say?

We are not talking about the bureaucratic rule on who has the final authority. Yeah, that settles it, we shouldn't say anything because we were not there in person. So we don't know anything about the past history, since we were not there. In many cases, we were not even born.

Bush did damage. Obama did exponentially more damage.
Bush could have secured the status of forces agreement before he left.

Bush could have. OBAMA SHOULD HAVE, after all he got the Nobel Peace Prize. Obama FU Libya, Egypt, Yemen and Syria BAR. The refuge problem is all Obama’s doing. Funny how there was no refugee problem under Bush and the big bad Iraq War. You know who did the real damage? Al Qeada, that is who. Who else is to blame? The damn left leaning idiots who refuse to recognize Islam and the power of Islamists. Even Thomas Jefferson had a better handle on the Moslem world than the left does today. Pity, a great pity. North Korea is a Chinese pawn. What should we do?

Yeah I dont want to topple Kim. I want his nuke capacity taken out.

Those neocons love the a toppling, an invasion and a mess.

Plus what a highly unprofessional thing to say while not in any position of power.

Please someone tell Condi to shut up.

She actually gave Hillary “cover” after Benghazi, by saying that “there is so much paperwork that comes across the desk of the SoS..” or some such nonsense.

Please dear Lord Jesus do not allow the President to take advice from this Bushite.

What constraints was she put under by Bush? SOS doesn’t make policy or determine what is available at the buffet for those who want to please us.
