‘The European Union has set out its latest roadblock to thwart the United Kingdom as it moves toward leaving the union, this time by allowing member states to demand an increase to the so-called divorce bill from roughly 60 billion ($65 billion) to 100 billion ($110 billion).
According to the Financial Times, which originally deployed a sophisticated model to predict the size of the divorce bill and has since charted its dramatic increase, France and Germany have lead the charge in slapping the UK with tougher financial penalties for things like post-Brexit farm payments and EU administration fees.’

You might want to look into what signed contractual agreements are all about. Good luck going to your bank and telling them you moved out of your home and are not paying the remaining mortgage. LoL!
