Of course it is, silly ... in Florida and California. But that rising water has to come from somewhere, so the evil global warming gremlins are stealing it from Ireland.
So, see? Global Warming causes rising AND lowering of ocean water, just like it causes high and low temperature extremes. Try and keep up.
