Serial offenders should get increasingly harsh punishments, not merely an easy deportation until they re-enter. That’s just a free trip to Mexico until they feel like coming back. If they keep coming back they should get increasingly lengthy jail terms until they either don’t want to come back or don’t get out of jail at all.
