Not recommended, yoga could invite unfriendly spirits into your body. Its derived from Hindu worship. The word “Yoga” derived from the Sanskrit, “to put one self under a yoke, or to seek shelter from a protective power.” Reference “Occult ABC”, Kurt Koch, Kregel Publications.

Thats just plain ignorance

Like fearing witches in stupid pubescent girls cavorting in the woods

Yoga and practicing occult black magic are not remotely the same thing

Any of you scolds been to yoga and been tempted by dark spirits

Or is this just a hunch

Whats your actual experience wit a yoga class

That’s what they are called.... classes

And they have different skill levels

The only Indian words I’ve ever heard are on occasion the Indian name for a pose and the salutation word namaste or something like that

Christian yoga doesn’t use the word namaste but rather something else which escapes me

Namaste is a greeting to another persons essence or soul...a salutation of respect

What’s black magic about that?

Yoga is about breathing foremost and then muscle stretching and joint manipulation which really in the end results in endorphin release like any serious excercise

And high level yoga is serious....

And sweat....lots of sweat..tons of it

Mats soaked especially in hot yoga
