“I like yoga. All most yoga instructors say at the end is “namaste,” which means “I bow to the divine in you.” Hardly threatening to my faith.”

I suppose it’s not threatening if you don’t mind practicing Hindu religious rituals. Or praying to Allah.
Freepers like to run with things
I’m not surprised you’re reasonable
I am a quarter century intimately familiar with Yoga
This demonization as not Christian is like banning dancing
Here in Nashville a lot yoga is advertised as Christian yoga and taught by
Christian women with prayer
And the more traditional yoga studios are not the least bit promoting Hinduism
But Wardaddy it started as a non Christian thingie
Well so did Christmas trees and All Saints Day timing wise and prolly Easter eggs
Let’s all be Jehovahs Witnesses shall we
Do some research written by Indian Hindu teachers about yoga and pray about it. I personally know a Hindu girl from India and their religion is bazaar. Her god came to her house but she and her mother-in-law couldn’t stay there while he was there. Only the men. The god was a man.
also wikipedia is not always truthful so it’s not a great thing to use as a source since people can edit it to say anything they want.
