All the advertisements I heard from Ford stated that the frame was made from,”military grade aluminum”. You may know something that Ford’s Advertising Department or whatever the political correct term is doesn’t.

Check the ads on YouTube and elsewhere. They say steel frame, aluminum body.

Directly from Ford's website. It's a military-grade aluminum alloy body/bed, and a high-strength steel frame.
