There is no reason why a Special Prosecutor cannot be appointed to look into this accusations.

In his financial disclosure form in 2013, [Podesta] not only fails to disclose these 75,000 shares of stock that he has in Joule Energy which is funded in part by the Russian government.

Democrats make this kind of "mistake" all the time. Then they say "oops" and move on.

Until some of these people are facing real jail time, they will never in form on the Clintons or Obama. Time to squeeze a bit.

they’re democrats, it’s okay for them to break the law without any consequences, NOT! No judge has the balls to charge any democrat for any crime they commit because they and their family members all like to keep breathing. This is our USA today.

This is worth re-reading:
http://www.politico.com/story/2016/10/john-podesta-wikileaks-hacked-emails-229304

4. `Clinton Cash’ and Democrat, NYT, ABC tag-teaming:
“Amy Chozick from the NYT called us to indicate she had obtained a copy of the book on her own and intends to file a separate story tomorrow. Her story will not unpack all of the book’s claims … she will do a more process-y story about the book’s existence, the fact that the publisher has approached multiple media outlets in advance of the book’s publication to spoon-feed them some of the book’s research,” Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon wrote to other Clinton advisers.

He added, “We think this story, though it was not originated by us, could end up being somewhat helpful in casting the book’s author as having a conservative agenda.”

When the author, Peter Schweitzer, stumbled through an awkward interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos — himself a Clinton Foundation donor — the comms team took a victory lap as they sent around the transcript.

“[G]reat work everyone. this interview is perfect. he lands nothing and everything is refuted (mostly based on our work),” wrote spokesman Jesse Ferguson.

“This is therapeutic to watch. George is cool as a cucumber, doesn’t rush into it, but just destroys him slowly but surely over the course of the interview,” chimes in Nick Merrill.”

Russia Behind Fake News about Trump Russia Collusion?

It would put a monkey wrench in his plans for a stronger America and thus play into Putin’s hand. They are behind the fake US invented AIDS story, that the moon launch was faked and that the US blew up the twin towers on 9-11. These are all stories that the left buys into heavily. Why not?

John Podesta is the lynch pin of the Clinton Crime Syndicate. If this thing every unwinds and becomes public he is a liability. He should be careful.

He should consider the following list of nations with no extradition treaty with the United States:

Mauritania, Micronesia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Niger, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Rwanda, Samoa, São Tomé & Príncipe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vatican, Vietnam and Yemen.

Most of these places are hell holes but Micronesia, Montenegro, UAE. Oman and Vietnam are very nice if you have money. Vatican is also good but I would suspect he would turn into a pillar of salt if he set foot there.

Personally I would opt for Montenegro. Cheap cost of living, beautiful coast, ski resorts in the winter, but a nice warm Adriatic winter if you live by the coast.

ps
They make a lovely tasting brandy there, Slivotitz.
Do not drink the Slivovitz, a plum brandy!!!! There are three hangovers in each bottle and these are not ordinary hangovers. We are talking 6 inch nail in the head type hangovers. Avoid Slivovitz!!!!!

Of course, Podesta and Hillary are the two big tuna’s caught in the net of Russian collaboration. The special prosecutor will be asking them some serious questions.
