You and your fellow trolls are absolutely wrong on that.

It takes 38 states to ratify a constitutional amendment.

If anti-Americans were so effective as you describe, they would have gone this route long ago. But they haven’t dared.

They will not be taking over anything, they know their asses will be kicked damned hard which is why they encourage bleating boviators such as the trolls on this thread.

There are over 200 posts which deal with your points and much more at my Article V Blog. Unlike you, I don’t insult those who disagree.

Your plan is to use a nation that thinks trannny bathrooms is the civil rights issue our time to tinker with the Constitution? You can’t even get your party to agree to kill Obamacare

I find it amusing that I get pinged with a graphic I made, hot-linked from my own site no less.

As I recall, I asked for your permission to use it, and you granted it.

You are not me and I, thank God, am not you.

What, precisely, is it about our Constitution that you would change and why?

First of all it is not the Constitution as a whole that is the problem, it is the abdication of powers already granted and the usurpation of powers beyond the constitution by our elected officials and non elected judges, and bureaucrats.

1)Term limits for congress, senate, and judges.
2)Balanced budget/line item veto authority.
3)Definition of US birth right citizenship for eligibility for benefits.
4)creation/dissolution of administrative departments (EPA, Energy, etc) and limiting their “rule” making powers.
5)repeal other amendments that weaken the 10th amendment.
