Ryan and McTurtle DO NOT WANT TO LEAD. Rs in congress do not want to be conservatives. They wanted Hillary so they would have an excuse to do nothing.
They have Trump for 4 years, so their best hope is to lose the house and/or senate in 2018 and they can go back to doing nothing and blaming the democrats. Every R victory increases expectations of Rs acting conservative and Ryan/McTurtle showing some leadership so this is bad news.
No, they wanted Hillary so they could keep pulling the wool over the eyes of their voters. These people are completely owned by the deep state and it can not be covered up when they are in power. We are seeing how betrayed republicans really are by the people we voted in to protect the Constitution and our rights.
