Trump seems to operate on good faith; when people lie and think they are clever, he will not take that bad faith lightly.

Donald Trump made his fortune doing business in Manhattan and New Jersey. He’s been lied to by expert liars and still made billions. If he lost his temper with Abbas it was for effect. Abbas is used to dealing with Americans who are too polite to tell him he’s a lying sack of s*** to his face. He’s never had to deal with an American like Trump.
