Leftists' ego and arrogance tell them that they are above the Rule of Law. That is why they promote a "living Constitution." The same arrogance and pride that led to the downfall of Satan animates the leftists' desire for power. They will willingly sacrifice the long-term good of the country in order to obtain their short-term political desire.

titled Lack of Judicial Impartiality Threatens Rule of Law

I think these judges know that- the Left believes in power, not law.

A Liberal is solely a Liberal. A Liberal Christian is a Liberal. A Liberal Jew is a Liberal. A Liberal American is a Liberal. A Liberal Judge is a Liberal.

Of the 13 judges who make up the Fourth Circuit, only 3 were judges; the rest were simply Liberals.

Those black robes are now just Halloween costumes. It reminds me of dressing chimpanzees in human clothing, like a business suit.

It doesn’t make the chimp an entrepreneur.

Mark Levin and others state that the court has no standing to stop trumps EC on immigration and they know it. That’s why they don’t look at or quote the law.

Welcome to fascist America.

If the Rule of Law goes, the glue that holds civilizations together also goes. Have these idiots thought about what anarchy brings???

The intent is to bring about social justice, no matter the cost.

Our skid into oligarchy and sharia will continue as long as senators are popularly elected. Article V.

Our skid into oligarchy and sharia will continue .... because it may very well be too late with all the foreigners here now opposing, protesting, and making demands with threats of violence.

As much as I love what Trump is doing these groups are lining up with the left who will give them the free ride and demands they want.....and they all have a vote, legal and otherwise.

Am sure this generation can continue to fend the worst off for a time but the younger generation has no grasp on history and spoon fed the agenda for so long they have no skills of discernment at all...they’re ripe for deception and fall very easily.

“There is no power above them, to control any of their decisions. There is no authority that can remove them, and they cannot be controlled by the laws of the legislature. In short, they are independent of the people, of the legislature, and of every power under heaven.”

Sure there is. Congress controls their funding and organization. They can be impeached and removed. Constitutional amendments can be passed. And as Jackson showed us, they can even be ignored. The writer is mistaken. The Judiciary does not reign supreme, with nobody above them. In fact, constitutionally, they are the weakest branch of all. If Congress and the president agree, they can ignore the judiciary fatwas.
If Trump ignored them and enforced his rule, and if congress supported him and refused to impeach him, the court could do nothing!

While I do not accept the premise of the bigot charge the progressive judges are making; I wonder how they reconcile other courts’ admission that affirmative action is racist but the good from it mitigates the underlying bigotry with the good of national security under the Trump EOs?

Anarchy is exactly what Liberals want.

No more encumbrance by a Constitution; no more restraints. Only raw power and violence against those who disagree. Out of this would rise a progressive utopia, free from dissent.

Be careful of what you wish for; you just might get it.

The number of blackrobed tyrants is abundant and growing. The old media calls these criminal judges activists. They do as they wish and answer to no one.

Let me add, there is no rule of law, there is beyond doubt selective enforcement of the law. Favored criminals are free to do as they wish.

When judges rule for political reasons, and not according to the law, that is terrorism! It’s about time we started calling it just that.

They have their own saying for it: “The issue is never the issue. The issue is always the revolution.”
