The Scandal Hiding In Plain Sight
Powerline ^ | May 30,2017 | John Hinderaker

The Department of Justice needs to get to the bottom of Obama’s abuse of the intelligence agencies and the FBI. That abuse was criminally compounded when Obama administration officials leaked classified information to the Washington Post and the New York Times in order to damage political opponents. We know for certain that felonies have been committed, so someone should go to jail.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions needs to ask: What did President Obama know, and when did he know it? Who else in his administration was responsible for the scandal? Where criminal prosecution is warranted, it is up to Justice to bring the cases.

More broadly, once it has enacted tax reform, Obamacare repeal and other top priorities, Congress should set investigations in motion. The public needs to know not only who committed crimes, but how deep the corruption went inside the Obama administration. And Congress needs to address, seriously, the question whether our politicized intelligence agencies can continue to exist in their present form.

As for President Trump, firing James Comey didn’t go anywhere near far enough. Heads should roll at the CIA, the NSA and the FBI. Those who are tainted with the abuses that took place during the Obama administration should be shown the door and, where crimes have been committed, prosecuted.

And all those who followed the illegal orders need to pay to the fullest and most painful extent the law allows.

I mean all of them, from the cabinet level down to the lowest ranked office clone.

There’s only 2 types of any respect, including but not limited to respect for the rule of law. That which comes from an internal sense of honor, and that which comes from fear.

Where honor is missing, only fear can work as a motivator.

The only way to keep the top dogs accountable is to keep the lowbies afraid of the repercussions of the top dogs going bad.

It would appear that Sessions was not the right man for the job. I initially thought that the libtard scum’s typically inane and overreaching smear campaign against his congressional approval was due to their fear of what he would do once he got into the DOJ. To date he has done nothing to uncover all of the oBunghole’s crimes or his minion’s constant leaks. Very disturbing that he is nowhere to be seen on any of these crimes...

Why bother? He would only get lies.

Sessions needs to wade into the fight.

Mr. Sessions can give a clear signal via a subordinate that the ball is being moved forward towards the goal of draining the swamp.

So far, too much senatorial politeness.

It is time to get out a cane and start whacking.

Just toss that one on the ever-growing pile of things that Jeff Sessions needs to do (but, for some reason, is not doing)

Eric Holder spent 4 years researching 8 years of Bush. Sessions should do the same.

Obama’s regime (including his apparently lack of eligibility) needs to be reviewed,,with disclosure of exactly why congress and the courts covered it up and let him take and keep office

as does the recent court rulings against President Trump’s immigration order

both highly highly HIGHLY unconstitional, imho, and dangerous to us

A department head, a "lowly" slave like April Rice does NOT do major violations of the law without direction from the top. From the IRS crimes, to FAST AND FURIOUS, to Benghazi, to RUSSIAGATE, to the "wiretapping" done under Hussein's watch, it all goes to one place.

If you learned anything from Watergate, it is that real criminal behavior takes Presidential participation. Nixon led then and Hussein Obama led the last eight years.

When the arrests start, the DOJ must have it's ducks in a row because the RATS will kill to keep this can of worms buried in the back yard. They have to for it will expose the DNC and their slaves to being the biggest criminal racket in history. The DOJ must have the cases laid out so that criminals like Hussein and Hillary will be inclined to plea bargain instead of fighting. These kind of prosecutions take time.

Of course, but in this do-or-die war against the deep state, we need signals that we’re advancing. It’s like being in jail and wondering does that star-spangled banner yet wave?

Taxpayers demand Susan Rice answer questions....and they want answers now. Questions for Rice:

1. When did you request the unmasking, and from which agency?

2. Who in that agency actually did the unmasking? Please provide the written requests you submitted.

3. Once the names were unmasked, did you still believe there was a threat to national security from the named US persons?

4. If so, with whom did you share the information, and what actions were taken to protect America and American citizens?

5. If you did not, then you should not have shared the names with anyone else, so how did the names become known?

6. Why was any of the info detailed here deliberately withheld on the FISA application? (it's a felony to willfully withhold information when applying for a FISA).

=====================================

(HAT TIP OMEGATOO)

<><> If the information found in the ‘incidental’ involvement of any US Person was threatening US Security, and America citizens' safety, why did US security agencies wait for Rice’s request to unmask?

<><> Did Obama issue a secret stand down order?

<><> Why did Rice on PBS initially deny responsibility for the unmasking?

<><> Why was this threat not unveiled at the time or since? Why now?

Alarmingly, the supposed ‘threat’ identified by Rice was about to be inaugurated as President of the US. Shouldn’t Congress have been notified? Why did Rice keep it a secret? Maybe she planned to collude w/ the Clintons to sell the intel to a foreign country?

The NSA didn’t unmask the information initially, plus later investigations found NO collusion between Russia and Trump. Seems to be proof-positive that whatever suspicions Obama/Rice/Brennan may have had to justify the unmasking were absolutely wrong, or more likely non-existent.

Contact your Representative and Senators---demand these questions blanket the media---and demand Susan Rice answer them.

Texas Congressman Blake Farenthold wonders whether or not the intrusion into the DNC computer server may have been an inside job....

Looks like they're getting warmer......

An even BIGGER story is that Obama spied on DEMOCRATS. Like a nerdy teenager, Obama was paranoid Dems were talking about him, giving him the shiv behind his half-caste ***.

PONDER THIS---The ease and nonchalance with which lawless Obama and Susan "The Sifter" used the mega-intel power of the US govt to surveil friends and foe alike make it very probable they spied on Democrats.

Democrats Schiff and Feinstein were invited by Trump to peruse the intel. They reportedly came away shocked at the spying revelations Trump personally unveiled to them....

...... b/c they were shown proof Obama spied on Democrats?..................

Trump knew Democrats would be sap-happy to see Obama spied on Republicans....no biggie to them. So it's more than likely S and F were visible shocked....b/c they saw evidence of Democrats spied upon.

Spying on Repubs is bad enough....but Obama/Rice spying on their own party? The revelations could be earth-shaking....lots of intel on Democrats' offshore financial activities, in Tahiti, French Polynesia, the Caribbean, Central America, and the like.

And remember......S and F ended up saying "they still haven't seen proof of Obama spying on Trump."

The old Bill Clinton parsing routine.

AG Sessions is sleep walking his tenure. The left is riding this out until they gain back any power and leverage. No scandals stick to them as Russia,Russia,Russia covers us like a wet blanket.

The Justice Department will not do a damn thing. It is as bad as when it was under the criminal Democrats. Will it change? Watch and see.
