Politico reports that James OKeefe has been sued for an undercover video sting he released last year:
OKeefe and his organization posted some of the videos online last October, purporting to show efforts by Democrats to provoke violence at Donald Trumps campaign rallies and events.
The recordings led two Democratic operatives, Robert Creamer and Scott Foval, to leave their posts even as they decried OKeefes tactics.
In the new civil lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Washington Thursday, Creamer, his Strategic Consulting Group and a related firm called Democracy Partners accuse OKeefe and several colleagues of conspiring to violate federal and District of Columbia laws against the secret recording of private conversations.

“Creamer should be nailed for incitement to riot”
He’s already served time for some sort of criminal activity, but he’s Congresswoman (RAT, Chicago) Jan Shakowsky’s husband so he probably thinks he has some sort of “drag.”
Creamer is a felon who served time for kiting checks from one of his political action committees.
His spouse, Jan Schakowsky, was on the committee, but utilized the Sergeant Schultz defense.
Creamer was breaking the law in the videos.
Can he legally profit from criminal activity?
Don’t think so.
Or should I ask, who appointed the Judge? Obama? Then crime pays for sure.
Creamer better hope that Podesta doesn’t hear about this ,, a botched robbery ending in murder would end the defendants discovery wouldn’t it?
