How is making individual choices using local or private money “defying” a decision not to have the federal government force it upon us?
they will slide it in as state/city taxes
Some of the funding from state and local budgets come from the federal government. They will just shift some of the money around so that effectively some comes from the federal government.
It seems to me that state and local governments adhering to the Paris accord impacts interstate commerce and as such would be unconstitutional.
