Yeah that’s the SC schedule but I wonder if Roberts will sign a stay?
That’s the big question right now.

Is he compromised and it won’t happen?

That would be the normal schedule. The expedited schedule means a decision could happen by October. The excerpt above doesn't make it clear but it's in the article.

By then their might be another new SP justice or 2.

Ginsberg should recuse herself anyway for her election comments. She can’t be fair in any case regarding President Trump.
