There are two different stories here. The story of this thread is a waste of time and the story you're referencing, related to the email linked in the story of this thread, goes back to 2010 and seems to be about mis-use of US aid. The links provided are mentioning old news. What's NEW? This?But if Clinton people could casually threaten an IRS audit here, they believed they had the capability to do so.
It also appears there was no audit.

Deny, deny, deny. And accuse her opponents. Hill and Bill have been doing the same their entire political lives.
I do think we’re eventually going to see an indictment of Hillary Clinton. All in good time. Trump could have announced his decision about Paris months ago, but he chose the best time — after the visit to Europe.
And the swamp will never be cleaned up unless some high level people go to jail. Otherwise the swamp critters will think they’re invincible and carry on with their corruption. If they see no danger, the Deep State will continue.
This is why Trump and Sessions must take down some high level people — and smaller fry too.

I’m starting to think she’s gone bat sh*t crazy to the point she has convinced herself she didn’t do anything illegal.Actually she knows it was illegal. However in the Marxist philosophy of the greater good this is not only okay but admirable.
To those of the ilk of Alinsky of which Hillary is a follower all actions in support of Marxism are not only good, they are demanded. To them Constitutional Law is but an old document of no importance. All they do is for the "Greater Good." Stalin did that also.
She is evil just as Marx, Engels, Lennin, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot etc. were evil.
They do not even know they are evil. As you said Bat Sh-t Crazy driven by the desire for power and they justify it for the greater good.
Since Marx and Engels published their evil philosophy about 200 million people have died for their perverted idea of the greater good.
