There are two different stories here. The story of this thread is a waste of time and the story you're referencing, related to the email linked in the story of this thread, goes back to 2010 and seems to be about mis-use of US aid. The links provided are mentioning old news. What's NEW? This?

But if Clinton people could casually threaten an IRS audit here, they believed they had the capability to do so.
