We need to be smart, vigilant and tough. We need the courts to give us back our rights. We need the Travel Ban as an extra level of safety!The claim, which is ludicrous, is that Trump has destroyed his Solicitor General's legal argument, by Trump's use of the phrase "travel ban." The SG has argued that the EO is not a "travel ban" it is a "travel pause." No legal decision turns on the shorthand vernacular.

The President has the Constitutional authority and legal authority to BAN ENTRY TO THE UNITED STATES TO ANYONE for ANY REASON.
Either we have a Constitution and the Rule of Law or we don’t. We are a SOVEREIGN nation or we are not.
NOW is the time to make a stand - or let “this government of the people, by the people, for the people, perish from the earth.”
