45 years old and divorced since 1986? So he got divorced when he was 14 (maybe 15) years old?

Obviously a devout Christian. His church needs to be investigated.

Wrong. He didn’t work there.

“”I’m OK, I’m OK, my boss is dead, my boss is dead.’”

That’s not just a witness statement.

That could be a punk rock song.

Black Flag could pull it off.

Facts from the article, but not directly quoted:
1) He used a semiautomatic pistol in the shooting, but he also had a large knife.
2) He was a former employee who was fired in April. He had a "negative relationship " with at least one of the people who was shot. He was also a U.S. Army veteran who lived alone.
3) He had supposedly battered another employee in an incident that took place in 2014. He had numerous criminal charges, characterized as minor. These are listed in the original article.
4)The company is a small one that makes awnings for RVs.
5) The attack happened almost a year after the Pulse night club shooting. No connection was found to that shooting, so I have no idea how that is relevant.

The phrase “disgruntled employee” is used so often. Is there such a thing as a gruntled employee?

Yes, they're the ones that go to work, do their jobs, and don't kill their co-workers.

Just about the same number of people dead as the London Bridge Terrorist attack and this attack in Orlando is hardly a blip on the world news radar.

Just another week in the news here.

It's odd that he was discharged honorably in 1999 from the Army but in 1995 He was charged with fleeing from a law enforcement (causing a high speed chase), willfully fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer on August 21, 1995, by the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office. He was also charged in that incident with running a stop sign, driving without a seatbelt and driving with a suspended license. He pleaded guilty to all of those charges and was sentenced to probation.

I was in the service in the 80's and with charges like that you would have been charged under the UCMJ and probably kicked out with a general discharge.

BTW, the UCMJ charge would be the catch all charge. Conduct unbecoming of a (fill in the blank).
