A judge sentenced three Muslim refugee boys in the sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl in Idaho, but nobody knows the length or terms of the sentence because the judge has barred everyone in the courtroom, including the victim’s own parents, from speaking about the case. Mathew Staver, chairman and co-founder of the nonprofit legal assistance agency Liberty Counsel, told WND that Judge Borresen was completely out of line in issuing a gag order after the fact in a criminal case.
“It’s unconstitutional for the judge to do that. There are gag orders that can be put on people during a jury trial, or if it’s a minor they can prohibit you from mentioning the name of the minor, but they can’t gag you after the fact,” Staver said. “This is public at this point. This judge, it just seems like he’s forgotten about the First Amendment in this case. He has no authority to do this, he can’t hold someone in contempt to keep them from speaking out about their displeasure with the case after the fact.”
Staver said case law is clear on the subject of gag orders.

That judge is protecting offenders. The only ones that really want to threaten is the black-robed activist and the 0 appointee.
Besides, I doubt that truth is threatening if you stick to the facts of the matter.
I don’t think people want that name, they want the offenders that they’re protecting.

All good and well Lt., Sir. Maybe the Judge is also living under the false sense of security because the gate on their neighborhood uses a bar-code reader. To the bad guys, I did not tell them anything they don’t know because they live off people’s false sense of security.
The three boys — two from Iraq ages 7 and 10, and one from Sudan aged 14 — pleaded guilty in juvenile court in April to multiple counts of sex crimes in an incident that occurred last June in Twin Falls.
I hate to be a party pooper, but I am willing to bet that state law, like the laws in just about every other state, prohibit the disclosure of such information for juvenile offenders who are tried, convicted, and sentenced in the juvenile court system. At a time when there are way too many activist judges on the bench, this judge probably did exactly what the law requires him to do.
I recognize this judge’s picture from a past FR thread. I suspect she is a serial muzzie sympathizer.

Makes me feel bad now for criticizing Britain. As far as I understood authorities in Twin Falls wanted this swept under the rug months ago. They are “all in” as far as resettling refugees in Twin Falls, and they want nothing to slow that down. It is disgusting how the real victims were abused by the court. Which is why what we call in North American is a “LEGAL system” not a “JUSTICE system”. Designed to be gamed by the insiders for their benefit. If you are white, and especially if you are poor and have no connections, you are just royally you know what.
