If all parties are minors then I can see why it would be blocked. I have no idea what “boys” means in the context of this story but kids do sometimes act inappropriately without really understanding what they are doing.

American kids, even Christian kids, sometimes engage in, “you show me yours and I’ll show you mine” and it’s not necessarily criminal behavior.

This goes way beyond a simple you show me your and I'll show you mine. Do a little research into this and you will be outraged.

the older kid in this FILMED the incident is what I heard...

that is not "inappropriate...that is immoral and illegal and typical of a certain type of person...
