Probably not. Perjury is tough to prove, which is one of the reasons it is rarely prosecuted. Comey can say he was just confused about the timeline, and even if he was lying, the lie has to be "material to the matter being investigated."
Comey admitted leaking privileged communication to the press. That is also not illegal, but it goes to his character and fitness to serve in a position of trust.
Trump's tweets don't justify perpetrating a leak anyway.
Well, I don’t know about the timing on the leak vs the tweet, but, if it IS perjury, the MSM will be sure to label it as “mis-remembering”, and give him a complete pass.
