Clearly, it wasn’t at the level of Rubio’s home run, but McCain did fine painting the Double Standard of Comey and feigning bewilderment that if the Russia thing was a “ big deal”, as Comey was quoted, then why was only Trump’s campaign under surveillance.

McCain wondered why the Hillary was not wiretapped, and otherwise bugged to the gills, for her connections with Russia as Trump was.
After all she got a pass on the emails. Her email investigation was concluded.
