This week I have been struggling with events in Iraq, Syria and Turkey, trying to understand the complexity of the conflicts. Troubled with the horrors of the Terrorists acts.

After reading many articles about the history of Gencide and massacres in Turkey, the light bulb finally came on. Although Turkey has a constitution that is secular, Turkey is certainly not. And now with the new "super powers" that Erdogan had gained with the Referendum (that all know he stole) there is nothing to prevent him from pursuing extermination again. He has already done so with huge portions of his own citizens in the name of supressing those who were in the (fau) "coup".

This is a 2 year old article but the subject of massacres and genocide against non-Muslim and marginally Muslim in Turkey is very old. And not a pretty subject. That is why they have always denied the Armenian Genocide, although there is undeniable evidence it did happen.

Until this week, I thought the genocide in Turkey was cultural genocide, but I finally realized it is a continuing real murderous genocide even today. And the global press is totally silent, because Turkey calls it something else.

There are some comments at the link.

““The actual perpetrators of the killings were not a small group of conspirators,” wrote Emma Sinclair-Webb, senior Turkey researcher with the Human Rights Watch. “They were ordinary people, villagers and townsfolk who became capable of horrific acts of torture and murder of young and old, women and men.”

And that’s why it has to be understood that many Muslims - who you might think would never be violent - could or would become violent for their religion under the right circumstances. Very easily so.
