She always acts like that. Last week, Sen Burr reprimanded her, for the same thing, and the news was that HE was in the wrong. Kamala Harris must operate under the misapprehension that ‘any attention is good attention’. She just wants visibility.......and the Dems appreciate that.

She is a presidential wannabe. She had read her press clippings and is just dripping (metaphorically speaking) for the opportunity. Unfortunately what plays well in California, does not play well in, in normal America.
I would simply refuse to answer the second - interrupting - question until she REPEATED the first question and then let me take as much time as I think I needed to answer it.
Yes, REPEAT the question, and if she interrupts him again, then insist that she repeats the original question again and again and again for as many times as she interrupts. IMHO, THAT is how you put a stop to this kind of abuse, and grab back control from someone who is trying to take it away.
