The boilerplate plattitudes are all fine and dandy, but I would like to hear Trump eventually come right out and say this is a direct result of democrat/leftist rhetoric. Freepers know that every single day, we read some story about some nutcase spewing how white people/conservatives are the problem and should be killed, cops should be murdered etc. The left poured gasoline all over, and now they shrug their shoulders and blame us.
The progressives are as likely to tone things down as ISIS is to renounce violence.

CNN just now 10:44 with a breathless report on “more info” on the shooter. They said he was “anti-Trump” but somehow no mention of his extensive campaign work for Sanders, which has been public knowledge for an hour, is obvious from his facebook.
I bet hes a former union thug who retired with a pension and then went on to be an inspector.

Charles Orear, 50, of St. Louis, who worked alongside him, called Hodgkinson a passionate progressive who showed no signs of violence or malice toward others.
“You’ve got to be kidding me,” Orear told the newspaper. “I met him on the Bernie trail in Iowa, worked with him in the Quad Cities area.”
He said Hodgkinson is a “quiet guy,” “very mellow, very reserved,” who stayed with him at a fellow Sanders’s supporters home in Illinois.
“He was this union tradesman, pretty stocky, and we stayed up talking politics,” he told the Post. “He was more on the really progressive side of things.”
In August 2016, after Sanders had lost the Democratic nomination, he posted on Facebook, “I want Bernie to Win the White House,” along with a petition calling for Sanders to join the Green Party.
In June 2015 he wrote, “The Opposite of a Liberal Progressive is a Bigoted Racist that wants the Rich to get Richer at the expense of the 99%…..Republicans are so Stupid….”
He wrote in May 2015, “Congressional Republicans Hate Americans & Should All be Voted Out of Office……..”
He did not have a job or any legitimate means of support.
Yet he was able to travel around the country and work for Democrat candidates.
He supposedly just “happened” to be at the same baseball field where Republicans were at 7 in the morning. No indication whatsoever of where he was staying and how he supposedly was able to know where republican Congressman and Senators would beat 7 in the morning. He also had a high powered rifle with him at 7 am.
He supposedly was there at random. In fact, he and those working with him, were able to identify one of the few places and times when many Republicans would be in a public place and most vulnerable. He did not shoot randomly but aimed at Scalise and other Republicans.
This was not a random nut as the media portrays him.
This was an active Democrat operative and Sanders supporter who was sent in a preplanned attack to kill Republican Congressmen and Senators.
I have been calling for that for so long. I just post, "Treason. Prison." where appropriate now.

He’s a liberal.
The worst possible thing that could have happened. It was so important for him to stay alive for interrogation. I do not believe this man acted alone. Someone had to have told him where that practice was and who would be there. Now, we may never know.
