In the 5 years I have lived here I have seen phenomenal growth in the Mobile, AL area; Baldwin County is or was the fastest-growing county in America. Kinda reminds me of Colorado in the 1970s.

I’d believe it. My next-door-neighbor has an uncle from Manahattan/Hoboken who retired to Cary. When the neighbor went down to visit he encountered other transplants from the old ‘hoods.
