Have you seen the video shot by a man walking his dog near Eugene Simpson Stadium Park in Alexandria, Virginia, of Wednesday morning’s ugly events? It’s soul-crushing.
The video captured only about two and a half minutes of the fusillade unleashed by a former Bernie Sanders campaign operative named James Hodgkinson, an out-of-work home inspector from Belleville, Illinois and a committed member of The Resistance. Hodgkinson’s shooting spree actually went on for some 10 minutes, according to eyewitnesses, before two agents of the Capitol Police — Krystal Griner and David Bailey — attached to House Majority Whip Steve Scalise’s security detail put him down. Griner, who suffered a wound to her lower leg, reportedly fired the shot that finished Hodgkinson’s blood-fantasy-come-to-life.

Please, please accept this advice from the next to last paragraph of this excellent article, because it's probably our last chance to avoid a very dirty civil war:
Now would be an excellent time for Trump to lead. Not with words, but with deeds. He needs to use this attempted massacre as an impetus to put his administration in order. He needs to appoint U.S. Attorneys for all 94 districts within the federal justice system and put those people to work. Investigations, and cases under RICO laws and other statues, need to be commenced and built. Those who abused our system for political means under the previous administration must be punished — most of the evidence one needs in order to prosecute Loretta Lynch, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, Lois Lerner and many others is already in the public record. Trump ran on draining the swamp; well, go drain it. And fast.

It has “not been fun and games” for a few years, at least. The assault with a deadly weapon “bike lock” attack is serious business. I’ll wager there have been many other politically-motivated assaults, few being prosecuted because the local constabulary was also anti-Trump. That’s serious squared, when the law looks the other way.
It ceased to be “fun and games” when the Black Liars Movement burned Ferguson ... maybe earlier than that.
The democRat party is now a terrorist organization.
I noticed how the DC swamp and much of the enemedia has avoided calling this an assassination attemp. That is what it is but then it would be a much more serious story they would have trouble sweeping under the rug.
There would also have to be congressional hearings on what led to and who was all behind this. That would put a bunch of these swamp rats on the hot seat. We do need to push for this and yes, it may be able to avoid the next civil war bringing to justice, those responsible.

It wasn’t an attempted Assassination of just Representative Scalise, it was an attempted Assassination of dozens of Republican Congressmen and Senators.
The Puerto Rican FALN Terrorists did it inside the Congressional Chamber, now the Democrat Terrorists do it out in Public.
No, the game goes on. The stakes just got higher though. We need to use this tragedy to take more power from the Democrats in 2018 and 2020. Their bad behavior can’t be rewarded with more political power. We need to make this case to the American voters and we need to MAGA despite this bad behavior.
