At some point, after tens of thousands of man-hours have been poured into this topic...some brilliant Einstein-like character will emerge and ask....are there any laws to use on prosecuting fake news? The answer? No. Then the public will turn and face all this fake hyped-up political gaming and just start laughing.

It’s a fake investigation over a fake outrage, involving fake House investigators, and mostly focused on fake Russian involvement.

Actually there is something on the books but to use it against the Dems but puts all of America at risk. It’s called freedom of the press. By changing the definition of the press to mean citizen journalists, you can go after the MSM as noting more than entertainment, pull all of their credentials and threaten lawsuits for liable if they lie. Meanwhile you put credentials into the hands of individuals who can blog stories.

Consider "Reckless Endangerment", as an example, cries of fire (there are none) in a packed venue (e.g., a theatre), death resulting from being trampled by the stampede triggered.

A quick review of the laws focused on "mobs" can be enlightening; but caution as they are almost never enforced.

This is especially true today, now having a neutered DoJ, we are seeing a "bloodless" rebellion.

Be mindful, when the expression "Law and Order" is answered with "Whose?" ...

It is a distraction, intended to draw our attention away from Hillary's pay-for-play deal with Russia, and from the fact that the Democrats have been using foreign influence for decades to skew elections. What about all those illegal aliens voting, who more than likely gave Hillary the popular vote count? Isn't that foreign influence in the election?
