I may have to agree. Is there evidence that he took the photos? Also the baseball game is a part of beltway traditions but I doubt one in a 1000 regular folks would know about it. I am pretty caught up on stuff and I never paid attention, never really was aware of it. Also the fact it was in Va is interesting because owning a weapon like the SKS is far less likely to cause a stir than in the District. So it makes the Means easier. The weapon is interesting. Because it has an integral 10 round mag the SKS sets off no alarms. This indicates he, or someone, gave considerable thought to the type of weapon. And since reloads are done IIRC by strip loading, as in the ‘03, it takes considerable practice to do so while in a combat situation and being under fire, and it seems he did 9 or 10 reloads. Who trained him?
I disagree with both of you. And here is why...
He had access to the internet, through which he could get almost any information he needed. He was staying at the YMCA which is across the street from the ballfield. As far as the photos and who took them, the presumption is that he took them with his cellphone. I could be wrong, but there is no mention of him having any other kind of independent camera.
