He was never in the leadership position to do anything to begin with. Also, Congress does not have the authority to prosecute. That is supposed to be the job of Justice once a referral is forwarded from Congress. Congress did issue an order of contempt against Holder and we know how the Obama DOJ and Mueller did on prosecuting that one.
In 10 days Gowdy will be the Chairman of Oversight. Let’s see how he does when he has the big pants on.
