Lee, Johnson, Cruz, and Paul are against it. Collins will oppose it because it defunds Planned Parenthood. Murkowski, Portman, and Capito will oppose it for the Medicaid cuts. I’d be surprised if there are 40 votes for it.
Yeah, I don’t think this bill is going anywhere in the Senate.
