Furious at their loss in yet another Trump-era special election, Democrats are calling for the head of . . . House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.
It’s understandable: Republican ads in Georgia painted the Democrat, Jon Ossoff, as sure to be a Pelosi pawn — a charge that has scored for the GOP in race after race over the last decade.
New York’s own Rep. Kathleen Rice (D-Nassau) is far from alone in saying, “It’s time for Nancy Pelosi to go, and the entire leadership team.”
And Rice backed Pelosi in last year’s leadership fight. The challenger, Rep. Tim Ryan (D-Ohio), is even more brutal, warning, “Our brand is worse than Trump’s.”
Thing is, Ryan’s got more of an eye on the real problem: the Democratic brand, which Pelosi in fact embodies perfectly.
She is, after all, a millionaire San Francisco party-line liberal incapable of understanding what most of America wants and needs. (Indeed, seeing eye-to-eye with the Democratic-voting elite is what makes her one of the party’s best fund-raisers.)

Nancy Pelosi has made it plain what she thinks. If the Democrat voter doesn’t know, I think that voter was fooling himself or herself.
That’s a harder game now that Donald Trump is frequently reminding people.
I lived in Venezuela in the 70s before Chavez. It had a vibrant economy and oddly enough an illegal immigration problem from Columbia. Many desperate Colombians were fleeing the the violence of FARC which was a communist rebel organization closely allied to the drug cartels.
Today Venezuelans are fleeing to Columbia because they are hungry.
I would very like to walk the places I once lived in Venezuela. I can not do this today as social disorder is the norm and violence and death is rampant.
Columbia has been most grand in accepting these refugees of Venezuela. There is only so much that they can accept.
It is most sad that the nation that sits on the greatest oil reserves in the world has come to this sad point. It will end in extreme violence. The good guys will win but at great sacrifice for all.
It’s not even possible that Nancy Pelosi is the Democrats true face. Heck, her face isn’t even her own true face!

the democrat party made a fatal mistake in the 1970s. this is a mistake that has a potential of destroying there party.
The party started to listen to the activist and catering to there demands. this is a mall group who is just vocal and do not represent as many people as they claim. at this point the activist who usually only care about one or two issues and will sacrifice all other points of view. this has made it impossible to have debate within the party on what positions to have.
Everyone has to be Pro abortion. pro gun control, anti death penalty, supportive of gay rights, have the opinion that anyone who is a minority by being a minority is being persecuted. and you better use politically approved language when talking about these issues or the activists will destroy you politically
the republican party did not go down this rout and thank god we did not. you can be a conservat6ive and have an unpopular opinion within the republican party . you might be called a R.I.N.O by some one that holds the majority opinion on that issue but you wont be ostracized unlike the democrat party.
Pelosi certified Obama as to be be elected, if she had followed the law Obama wouldn’t have bern elected nor would he be drilling holes in America’s boat right now.
Let’s not forget that mental giant Maxine Waters.

It is the same reason people can be so easily convinced that northeast temps in the 50's or 60's on Christmas Day are unusual. They're not. Going back a hundred years, it has happened quite often.
