Clarence Thomas, THE most conservative Justice on the court.

I await the day when Clarence Thomas is the swing Justice on the Supreme Court.

Now he is poised to capitalize on that control, using the Dems' "Reid Rule" that abolished the filibuster for judicial nominations...

Maybe I ought to stop saying bad things about ol' Harry. What a guy...

Payback for the panic these azzclowns caused the country by fostering upon us an unvetted foreign muslim usurping Kenyan that worked feverishly to destroy us.
They’ve got a whole lot more coming to em than just a few conservative judges.
Their “panic” has not even gotten a good start yet.

It seems some people think the repubs are going to do something. Look at their track record...all talk, no action.

80 % of fed cases are decided in “administrative hearing”....a practice B.O. pushed and it has become HUGE.......its totally UN-constiutional ....and IF the MORONS in the Republican party GOT their SHT together.......Then once declared illegal....TRUMP would have to HIRE 1000 NEW judges to handle the OVERLOAD.......IT would be NICE FOR ONCE.....if the ESTABLISHED republicans could do ONE DAMN THING RIGHT.

THEY could SET THE TONE OF THE COURT FOR 50 YRS.....if they WANTED TO.

Trump needs to create a 12th Circuit Court, and move out of the 9th Circuit Court all States except California and Hawaii. Current 9th Circuit appeals time is 15 months and automatically anti-conservative. Unacceptable.

Well at least you could try. I’ll come over and give you a hand. We can try different methods until we come up with a viable solution or until we run outta peeps

I am of the opinion that President Trump should start conversation about how long it takes to get to an immigration hearing. Then after the pressure builds up some, put forward a plan to double the number of immigration judges.
