If legal Hispanics vote for Trump in a wide margin, he wins easily. If Trump gets 20% of the black male vote, he wins in 2020.

He won pretty easily without a wide margin of Hispanics. He gets 40 percent and I think it’s a blowout now that we have blue collar white guys back.

Plus why hasn’t the R congress passed voter ID reform yet?

Can they do that or is it a state issue?
