I believe the 90 day vetting travel ban will continue for until a threat no longer exists.
Trump should extend it indefinitely.
The Supreme Court has no jurisdiction over the lower federal courts, except to overturn/modify/remand lower court rulings. Congress has total control over the lower federal courts in that they have created them and determine their jurisdiction (decide what kinds of cases they can handle). If Congress wanted to, it technically could eliminate all lower federal courts.

Absolutely correct. All ART III requires is one Supreme Court with one Chief Justice. All of this nonsense that the fed courts are somehow a supra-legislative body is nonsense. It’s just another co-equal branch of government. If anything it’s inferior to Congress because that is where 100% of their authority to hear cases flows from.

The problem with your thinking is lack of strategic thinking. No one from the other 16 in GOP primaries had the charisma, the ability to draw overflow wildly enthusiastic crowds in 100 rallies in 100 towns (I saw the wild enthusiasm in person in one of those rallies). None of the other candidates in 2016 could draw 1000 people in 10 rallies. None of them could have defeated Hillary Clinton.
In the end, losers of elections have zero power to enact any agenda. With Trump, we get some agenda executed. With Hillary it would have been zero, zilch, nada.

They can preclude a judge from doing anything. If they find a judge has violated his ethical obligations (which these judges clearly have) they can disqualify them from hearing case entirely.
It is a misquote that at this point has become a joke that all Trump supporters use. Like during Bush, his supporters, which I was one for a time, used the term, “misunderestimated” all the time. Only in Bush’s case, he actually said that. Trump says Big League and the reporters quote “bigly” and we just laugh and use it ourselves. So don’t get upset about it.
Yes, voting for someone other than Trump was supporting Hillary for President and was and remains, very stupid. Trump has been more conservative than anyone else who you could have voted for (including Ted Cruz, who had lots of globalism mixed in with his conservatism), more conservative than Reagan. He’s not perfect, but he’s gotten more done than anyone, and is starting from a much worse position than any prior Republican.
The only conservative who arguably got more done in a short time than Trump has was Gingrich, who reformed welfare, lowered taxes and reduced spending, all while having to get it past a democrat President.
Supreme Court has power to supervise and discipline the lower courts. Not on legal decisions, those are handled as per the law, but on ethical and administrative matters. They don’t often have to interfere or get involved, but a severe overreach that indicated lack of interest in actually following the law might be sufficient to direct a lower court to assign to a different judge.
