For this swim, Roberts took the dive when he voted for Obamacare.

Roberts seemed like a conservative next to the lady Bush tried to6appoint, Harriet Myers.

NO. TRUMP doesn’t know what he is talking about

4 to grant cert
5 to write it as per curiam
3 dissents can be part of the 5

Per curiam Does not mean vote was 9 to 0

Lawyers are arguing on whether no votes have to write a dissent. I think not on per curiam cert grant

As opposed to liberal judges who are appointed to pursue a liberal agenda.
They NEVER disappoint their backers.

Exactly right.

Why is it we never see liberal judges come over from the Dark Side and become strict constitutionalists?

Yes, presuming Kennedy and Ruth Buzzy retire in the next couple of years, we’ll need two conservative to nullify Roberts. What a horrible disappointment he has been.

Alexander, Corker, Flake, Gardner, Graham, Hatch, Heller, Hoeven, Murkowsky, McCain, Rubio, Burr, Tillis, Portman, McConnell, Thune, Cornyn, Cochran, Isackson, Blunt, Johnson, Gardner, Toomey, Capito, Fischer, Collins, Wicker, Sasse are all Democrats in R jerseys.

I’d say their chances are good.

Then when Kennedy retires, tell the left they already got their “moderate” in Roberts and appoint a Constitutionalist.

Roberts is just not getting enough orders from his owners. When it matters to the oligarchy, he will be told what to do. And he will do it, eager to please his masters.
