The issue is the HRT LIED about not shooting at the vehicle before Finicum exist the vehicle.
Don’t think there is any evidence the HRT team shot him. But there is evidence they shot the vehicle. And then collected brass and filed false report of not firing on the vehicle.
FBI HRT has very bad track record when it come to telling the truth. Remember: Lon Horiuchi at Ruby Ridge?
